Prices stated are for up to ten people unless stated otherwise.

There is some flexibility for additional people (up to four), depending on the make-up of the party. This is by arrangement only and each extra person will be charged at the cost quoted.

Gas is payable separately on departure by meter reading.

Domestic electric is included in rental. Excludes electric vehicle charging.

Pets are allowed by arrangement only with a charge of £10 per dog per night
