• Prices stated are for up to twelve people unless stated otherwise.

• There is some flexibility for additional people (up to four), depending on the make-up of the party.   This is by arrangement only and each extra person will be charged at the cost quoted.​​

• Gas is payable separately on departure by meter reading.

• Domestic electric is included in rental.  Excludes electric vehicle charging.

• Pets are allowed by arrangement only with a charge of £10 per dog per night
